1.1: Do You Need High-Performance now? Accessing shifts via what we love to do...

Updated: Jul 24, 2021

[All together they introduce the two programs and one resource that I find especially powerful in taking us from mental and emotional stress (even PTSD) to our highest capacity to get things done and feel genuine well-being in the process. PB]

From PTSD to High-Performance 1: Do You Need High-Performance now?

Will you need High-Performance now? … for the rest of the semester?

The emails finally start… and this week will be a crash course in accessing a calm mind and sustainable high-performance…

The good news is… We are closer to true well-being than we think. And most of us have already, through things we love to do, touched into the calm and clarity that iRest helps us access for healing PTSD etc. (If you have not had that sort of experience, don’t worry I was there too. These programs will work for you as well.)

To heal from PTSD, come into well-being, and access Sustainable High-Performance… we will not be learning something essentially new; we will just be hanging out with common experiences the survival brain minimizes and thinks we have no time for. As a matter of fact, appreciating these experiences is exactly what calms the survival brain, and tells it we are okay.

An overview re shifts happening via things we love to do…

Three student examples of shifts happening…

For more detailed info on this see the attached doc “iRest helps access our best experiences” or the MP3 audio…

If you want to try iRest now…

Contact me for the link that will give you access to three powerful sections of the iRest program: body sensing and breath sensing, the most heavily researched parts that produce deep relaxation, … and the sleep meditations.

You can try these meditations any time you want to really relax, but especially you can listen to them as you are preparing to sleep. They are ideal for that, all of them.

- As always, please contact me if you want the entire program.

Next… the foundational insight behind Michael Neill’s Super Coach materials and Sustainable High-Performance…

Then... Procrastination.
