Will you need High-Performance now? … for the rest of the semester?


The emails finally start… and this week will be a crash course in accessing a calm mind and sustainable high-performance…


The good news is… We are closer to true well-being than we think. And most of us have already, through things we love to do, touched into the calm and clarity that iRest helps us access for healing PTSD etc. (If you have not had that sort of experience, don’t worry I was there too. These programs will work for you as well.)


To heal from PTSD, come into well-being, and access Sustainable High-Performance… we will not be learning something essentially new; we will just be hanging out with common experiences the survival brain minimizes and thinks we have no time for. As a matter of fact, appreciating these experiences is exactly what calms the survival brain, and tells it we are okay.
